My name is Nathalie Baron
Like most of you, I have travelled a path rich in learning and exciting discoveries, but also fraught with pitfalls and doubts.
I often say that I feel first and foremost like a citizen of the world... because I was lucky enough to grow up in different parts of the world and was exposed to diverse lifestyles and rich multicultural interactions from a very early age. I have also often been struck by the place of women, their roles and the consideration they were given... or not. The little girl that I was at the time observed, absorbed and experimented... It was only later that I was able to make sense of all these experiences.
These were exciting and challenging years that shaped me: developing high-performing teams, optimising the customer experience, mastering sales strategies and managing a profit centre. And also facing challenges I hadn't imagined... Despite my commitment and results, I feel stuck, and I'm not getting the recognition I expected. This feeling of being limited by an invisible barrier, which I had not yet identified as the ‘glass ceiling’, would push me to seek a new direction.
I then decided to follow an intuition that had begun to take shape: to become a corporate trainer, developing interpersonal skills and self-awareness to better position oneself, manage difficult situations, and interact effectively. Coaching will naturally find its place in my activities when I am asked to provide individual and personalised support. I trained and became a certified coach in 2014. Working in different sectors, I realise that relational and emotional challenges are the same everywhere.
My passion for leadership, emotional intelligence, and the pursuit of a fulfilling and rewarding professional life has guided me throughout these years. What deeply motivates me is discovering, understanding, and sharing the ingredients necessary to dare to create a meaningful career that is aligned with who we truly are and allows us to have a positive impact.
What drives me is being your ally, the person I would have liked to have met during my career in business. Together, let's dare to build a fulfilling, meaningful professional life that is in tune with who you are.
Over time, I have also noticed that it is women who are most likely to come and talk to me about their challenges and concerns as managers. Their stories resonate with me because they remind me of my own journey. I then realise that there really are issues that are specific to women's careers, which we have all faced for generations because they are rooted in the male paradigm.

In 2016, with over 14 years of experience as a freelance trainer and encouraged by my clients, I decided to take the next step and start my own business, Unique Pathways Sàrl, to develop my programmes and offer support that reflects who I am: positive, generous, inspiring and relevant.
My enthusiastic and caring approach, which focuses on the individual in a holistic way, breaks down barriers, boosts self-confidence, and inspires women to dare to take their place and lead their projects with alignment and authenticity.
